Currently, the light of commercial spaces is an element of the visual merchandising mix and marketing from any company and also plays an important role in the growth of sales figures. In this context, the lighting industry is developing solutions to the needs of businesses that also go the with energy efficiency policies.
In the conference we discovered the importance of lighting in retail, the light influences the consumer and their buying behavior, directly affects the sales growth. They also talk about what are the market trends, problems, cases experienced success so far … There is a growing awareness and interest in the culture of light althought in a crisis time many customers sacrifice the design space for the money or the energy savings.
They also made a reference to the current demand has led projects in retail and individuals. The LED, an issue that concerns the sector has occupied much of the day, where different views were expressed. Though the opinions were differents there were several points jointly: less information that exists on the market, the great offer of product and the changeable thing that is this product.
One of the conclusions of the day has been that every project has to adapt to the needs of the client, that the retailers and the lighting designers are those who generate the confidence in the client and that the manufacturers must give support and information to the retailers and lighting designers to offer a better product. Every implied part has a very clear role and what it is necessary to do is to work together.
