The Spanish brand Faro Barcelona has set out to make this a better place. How? With a lamp made from recycled products that helps feed a school in Zambia. We present you HOOK.
As its name suggests, this portable lamp – which has a 4’20 meter cable – has a design that allows it to be hung anywhere. This idea is the work of OikO Design Office and has been thought under strict protocols of ecodesign. The housings are made of recycled plastic and do not contain PVC, a harmful material present in most cables and plugs.
It is manufactured in Spain and assembled by Fundació El Maresme, which works for the integration of people with functional diversity. With each purchase, Faro Barcelona allocates part of it to collaborate with one of the solidarity projects of Mary’s Meals in Africa.
