The prestigious design publisher Santa & Cole illuminates a new and fascinating showcase at BioscaBotey with a carefully curated selection of their iconic luminaires.
This new showcase represents a visual experience featuring four creations designed by renowned names such as Miguel Milá, Antoni Arola, Enric Sòria, and Jordi Garcés.
At the heart of the exhibit are two iconic creations by Miguel Milá: Cesta, a 1962 table lamp also available in a portable version. Its cherry wood structure holds an opaline glass shade, creating a warm light atmosphere. It is a perfect example of how traditional design can adapt to modern needs without losing its artisanal essence. Accompanying it is the TMC. Designed in 1961, the TMC is an icon of Spanish design. This floor lamp combines a metal base with a white methacrylate shade that can be adjusted in height thanks to an innovative magnet system. Its functional and timeless design makes it an essential piece.
Three suspension luminaires Lámina, designed by Antoni Arola, are the stars of the showcase. A system that advocates the benefits of reflected light through the use of evident forms, in different formats and with different shades that hide nothing and reveal everything.
Sylvestrina culminates the exhibit. A portable lamp designed by Enric Sòria and Jordi Garcés inspired by ancient oil lamps, combining technology with a classic design. Its induction charging system and warm light similar to that of a candle make it the perfect finishing touch for this showcase.
