Feel under the moonlight. The pendant lamp Stchu-Moon 03 designed by Enzo Catellani for Catellani&Smith in 1997, wants to recreate the moonlight with its two versions. The lamp is available with an inner coating of high relief in gold or silver. The silver version refers to the clear light of the moon high in the sky, while the gold version looks more like the magical moonlight born or descended.
The outside of the steel reflector lamp is lacquered in matt black . The irregular relief and internal structure is made by hand which makes each pendant lamp Stchu-Moon 03 a single piece. The hemisphere of the lamp has a secret, which is that the bulb is not visible because it is placed behind a reflector. Thus, the internal light is projected indirectly achieving comfortable light.
